What are the exceptions to returns?
General rule is that we do not accept return for credit/refund, if the product is used/tested.
We expect the following, when your return request for credit/refund is approved, and you send it back:
- Your goods are sent in an adequate outer box.
- Goods and accessories are unused, 100% new and undamaged.
- Product packaging is in the same condition as you received it and 100% like new.
- Inner packaging (e.g. for cables and accessories) is undamaged and as new.
- Items are in 100% original condition.
- Be insured by you, sent at your own risk and must arrive with us without shipping damage.
- The returned item must be in our hands within 5 working days from the day you received the return approval.
