Duration and status of repair
How long does a repair take?
We cannot indicate this directly in advance, it differs per product and problem. As soon as we have information we can share with you, we will email you about it. If your product has been repaired before, we will of course let you know immediately. You can also track the status of your repair in your account.
Why do I get a quote?
If the repairer has determined that the defect was caused by user damage, you will receive a quotation from us by e-mail. You can then choose from 3 options:
You agree with the quote. We'll have your product repaired.
You don't agree with the quote, but you want your product back. We will then charge 975 Dkk Ex. VAT or 1.375 SEK Ex. VAT in research costs and you will receive your product back.
You don't agree with the quote, but you do not want your product back. We will then charge 900 Dkk Ex. VAT or 1250 SEK Ex. VAT in research costs and you will receive your product back.
