Can I order a product that is not in stock?

You can order a product that is temporarily not in stock. On the product page, you re shown the expected delivery time.

The product I ordered is no longer available, What happens now?

If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we cannot deliver your order. As soon as we notice this, we will inform you immediately. If possible, we will also inform you about an alternative, otherwise you will get a full refund.

Can I pick up a product from you?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Due to security reasons, our central warehouse does not have a collection desk. We can have your desired product delivered to you.
