GENERAL PURPOSE 2D IMAGER

The new, wireless barcode scanner A-3350 from POS-C supports all standard 1D and 2D barcodes and has a visually appealing, unique housing design with intelligent, optical reading confirmation. It supports a wireless data transmission between the handheld scanner and the base station with a range of approx. 10 meters. The base station is connected to the cash register or the system via USB cable and does not require any additional power supply. Both the operation of the wireless connection to the hand-held scanner and the charging function of the battery for wireless use take place via the USB connection.

The internal lithium ion battery with a capacity of 2200mAh supports an operating time of up to 16 hours or a continuous scan of up to 60,000 barcodes. The USB connection charges the battery again in approx. 4.5 hours. The optics of the A-3350 also support the scanning of barcodes from smartphone displays, as is the case with coupon codes or member confirmations, for example. The POS-C A-3350 confirms successful barcode scans either acoustically or optically via an LED ring on the top of the housing. This allows the A-3350 to be used in environments that either do not allow acoustic confirmation, such as in libraries, or where the ambient conditions are too loud to hear acoustic confirmation
